The Pass Plus course can be taken at any time during your driving career but it is mainly aimed at young drivers within a year of passing their test. There is no exam or test at the end of the course but you will receive a certificate to say that you have completed your Pass Plus successfully. This certificate is then presented to your insurers to receive discount on your car insurance. Over 63% of private car insurers participate in the Pass Plus scheme.
